		Rural Japan Explorer is about offering a personal service to plan holidays unique to you and your individual requirements. Whether you already know where you want to go or what you want to do or see on your next holiday, or perhaps you have spent time browsing our website to be inspired, we advise that your next step is to contact us so that we can discuss your travel plans with you.
		Planning Steps
		Step1: First Contact
		Please fill out a Enquiry form to contact us. We will send you proposal of your draft travel plan with estimated costs.

		Step2: Application Form and Making a Deposit
		When we agree with you on your draft travel plan, we ask you fill out an applications form and making a deposit to cover the cost of further work. This deposit will be deducted from your final price.

		Step3: Detail Planning
		We will discuss your travel plans with you by e-mail/Skype in further detail such as a specific accommodation and transportation to design your unique holiday. We also fix the final price of your travel excluding some local payments.

		Step4: Final Payment and All Set
		Payment can be made either by credit card or bank transfer. All set to go on vacation!
